This is a product liability case. Mostek Corporation, as buyer, and Chemetron, an Illinois corporation, as seller, entered into a contract for the sale of nitrogen.1 Chemetron was to deliver nitrogen to Mostek by means of a bulk storage tank owned and maintained by Chemetron but located on the grounds at Mostek's manufacturing facilities.
