Anderson, upon summary conviction under the Motor Vehicle Code for operating a vehicle with excessive axle weight, was sentenced to pay $710 by a district justice.1 Following a hearing de novo before the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Appellant was again found guilty.
