Plaintiff Irving Willis brings this action for breach of a patent licensing agreement against American Permac, Inc. ("API") and Boehler & Weber, Inc. ("BOWE"). Willis also alleges that BOWE wrongfully induced API to breach the agreement. The defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2).
