Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of being an habitual violator and driving under the influence. The facts showed that appellant was in a 1970 Plymouth two-door with John Bass and another person on the night of January 10, 1981. The arresting officer testified that he first noticed the Plymouth moving toward him in the wrong lane and that when he flashed his emergency lights, the vehicle returned to the proper lane.
