MILLER, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of murder after a plea of not guilty. The trial court assessed punishment at fifteen (15) years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and appellant gave notice of appeal. We now reverse the judgment of the trial court because of the improper comments of the State's attorney at trial.
