The facts of the unfortunate incident giving rise to this litigation can be summarized briefly. In the early evening hours of April 9, 1976, Gregory Holland, then age 16, was shooting pool in Walt's Cafe at 604-606 Morton Avenue, Chester, Pa. Walt's Cafe was owned and operated by Walter P.
