Finding no illegality in defendant's arrest, we reverse the trial court's order suppressing evidence obtained as a result of the arrest. Defendant contends that his warrantless arrest for loitering and prowling1 was illegal because the offense was not committed in the presence of Detective Edgerton, the officer who formally placed defendant Coron under arrest.
