OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from three convictions for receiving stolen property. Tex.Penal Code Ann. 31.03(b)(2) (Vernon 1974). In cause number 81-4-10,254, the defendant pled not guilty and was convicted by a jury; in cause numbers 81-4-10,255 and 811-4-10,256 the defendant pled guilty. In each case the punishment was assessed at ten years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
