On December 14, 1979, Joseph Tufaro allegedly sustained personal injuries while on commercial property owned and operated by Stanley Bishop Real Estate, Inc. Subsequently, he filed suit against the real estate company1 and its liability insurer, Lincoln Insurance Company.
