This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals which reversed part of a judgment of the Circuit Court for Chippewa County, ROBERT F. PFIFFNER, Judge. The part of the judgment reversed by the court of appeals dismissed the plaintiff's second cause of action for failure to state facts upon which relief may be granted.
