This appeal challenges the constitutionality of Ala.Code 1975, § 28-3A-12, and its prohibition against Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages for "off-premises" consumption by licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Appellant/Plaintiff Historic Warehouse, Inc., initiated this cause, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to the effect that § 28-3A-12 violated the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution...
