No. 81-2628.

427 So.2d 199 (1982)

Mildred HUNTER, As Personal Representative of the Estate of Mitchell Hunter, Jr., Deceased, Appellant, v. EMPLOYERS MUTUAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY OF WISCONSIN, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

Rehearing Denied February 4 and March 4, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Joel S. Perwin of Podhurst, Orseck, Parks, Josefsberg, Eaton, Meadow & Olin, P.A., Miami, and Wagner, Cunningham, Vaughan & McLaughlin, P.A., Tampa, for appellant.

Charles P. Schropp, F. Ronald Fraley and Michael S. Rywant of Shackleford, Farrior, Stallings & Evans, P.A., Tampa, for appellee.

HOBSON, Acting Chief Judge.

Mildred Hunter, as personal representative of the Estate of her deceased husband, appeals an order of final summary judgment in which she raises an issue that she failed to assert below. Unfortunately, a party may not raise an issue for the first time on appeal from a summary judgment. Dober v. Worrell, 401 So.2d 1322 (Fla. 1981).

Appellant's other argument is without merit.
