The Circuit Court of Jackson County, Honorable Clinton E. Lockard, presiding, entered a judgment on December 11, 1981, which reversed an order of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission denying unemployment benefits to Horace E. McLeod. The court ordered payment of such benefits, and the Mississippi Employment Security Commission has appealed here.
