This is an appeal from judgments of sentence for attempted robbery, aggravated assault, and former convict not to own a firearm. Appellant seeks an arrest of the judgments or a new trial. We have concluded that he is not entitled to an arrest of any of the judgments but is entitled to a new trial on the charges of attempted robbery and aggravated assault.
