Stephan Corrie, a Virginia resident, appeals an order requiring him to return his minor daughter Gwendolyn (Gwen) to her mother, his former wife, no later than July 8, 1980. Patricia Tyndall (formerly Corrie), a Washington resident and Gwen's mother, was designated the custodial parent by the dissolution decree.
