Defendant was convicted after a bench trial on November 19, 1980, of felonious assault, MCL 750.82; MSA 28.277, and felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2), and sentenced to serve consecutive sentences of two years in prison and three years probation. Defendant appeals as of right.
