INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Executive Business Systems, Inc., ("Executive") has moved this Court for an Order adjudging defendant Philips Business Systems, Inc., ("PBSI") to be in contempt of a preliminary injunction entered against it on July 30, 1981.
