HATFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Edward R. Harvey and Carol Harvey, have instituted a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for events occurring in 1976. The gist of the complaint is that Edward R. Harvey's parole was unconstitutionally violated and revoked. The complaint names as defendants the State of Montana,1 Darlene Pomroy and John Lynch, both of whom served as Edward R. Harvey's parole officers...
