This is an appeal from a conviction of grand theft of livestock under SDCL 22-30A-17.1 We affirm.

Jan McNamara (appellant) was employed by the Fall River Feedlot (feedlot), a commercial cattle feeding operation, as an assistant to the feedlot yard foreman.
