Judgment affirmed.

On April 16, 1980, Officer William Sutton was on patrol in a "sector" car when he received a radio call informing him that a residential alarm had gone off at 40 Bellhaven Road. Although he had recently passed the site without observing anything amiss, he immediately proceeded back to the subject location. His sergeant also responded to the call, in a separate car. En route Sutton observed two black males walking along the street some two tenths...
