This is an action brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 206-216. In this action the plaintiff, Rosalie Cacchione, alleges that her employer, Erie Technological Products, Inc. (ETP), discriminated against her on the basis of her sex.
