This matter is before the Court for a decision on the merits of plaintiff's complaint, following trial to the Court. The complaint seeks recovery of $78,050.56 for damages to plaintiff's barge OPT 286 and its cargo, which were allegedly caused by defendant's employees who towed plaintiff's barge.
