STATEMENT OF THE CASE

International Plastics, Inc. (hereafter IPI) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code1 on March 18, 1980. The case was subsequently converted on April 27, 1981 to a liquidation proceeding under Chapter 7 of the Code.
