Plaintiffs-appellants, Kevin Knapp and Erie Insurance Company, appeal from a summary judgment rendered against them by the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County.

Dru Thomas was injured while a passenger in her own motor vehicle at a time when it was being driven with her permission by Knapp. Thomas sued Knapp.
