By this action brought under Title IV of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, the Secretary of Labor seeks a judgment declaring that the December 11, 1980 election for second vice-president of the defendant union (Division 788) is null and void as violative of section 401(c) of the Act (29 U.S.C. 481(c)) and directing defendant to hold a new election for said office under the supervision of plaintiff...
