Dependable Insurance Company, Inc. appeals from a Final Summary Judgment denying it a deficiency judgment against Ms. Landers because of failure to send her notice of the time after which a private sale of her automobile would take place.1 The court also granted Landers' counterclaim against Dependable, which was based on failure to comply with sending notice.2...
