The plaintiff commenced this suit against the trustee of the Dorvac Realty Trust alleging that he had misrepresented the square footage of a piece of real estate purchased from him by the plaintiff and that he had thereby engaged in an unfair and deceptive trade practice in violation of G.L.c. 93A, §§ 2 and 9.
