At the start of the nonjury trial herein, the Plaintiff dismissed its Second Cause of Action without objection from Defendants. In its remaining First Cause of Action Plaintiff asserts that it owns the mineral interest under Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 16 West, Washita County, Oklahoma which was subject to a ten-year oil and gas lease effective February 20, 1971 held by Defendants with the Defendant Dyco Petroleum...
