OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge:
The issue before the court is whether a binding agreement to settle litigation involving an alleged breach of a contract of sale of real property was entered into by counsel for the parties. We conclude, from the facts presented, that no such agreement was reached between the counsel for the parties.
