We note at the outset that plaintiff does not assign error to the dismissal of her claim as against individual defendants Walter Rogers and Josiah Thomas. The three assignments of error brought forward and argued in plaintiff's brief relate only to the issue of damages in her alleged claim against the defendant Person County Board of Education.
