On June 4, 1975, Hoyt Construction Company and Minnesota Exteriors, Inc. filed the first of these class actions in the District of Minnesota against ten defendants, alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, in connection with the production, sale and distribution of aluminum ingot, aluminum coil used in fabricating aluminum siding and related products....
