This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County which imposed on appellant a fine of $69.00 plus costs for a violation of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362(a)(2), exceeding the maximum speed limit.
