This action involves a dispute between plaintiffs, owners of a one-story cement block building, and defendant, insurer of the building, over the amount of damages sustained to the building and its contents, incurred when a truck owned by Morgan Building Products, Inc., backed into the building on December 29, 1975. Plaintiffs' bill of complaint, filed against defendant on May 16, 1979, claimed damages to the building of $45,000 plus damages to the contents...
