This is a child custody modification case.

Bobbie Dale Vaughn and Kenneth D. Vaughn were divorced in 1974. The parties had one minor child, Kevin Andrew Vaughn, who was seven years old at the time of the divorce. Custody of Kevin was given to the mother with the father being allowed substantial visitation rights.
