Defendant was indicted for the larceny of four tires. Evidence for the State, in pertinent part, tended to show the following:

Kyle Powers, nephew of C. C. Powers, President of Powers-Swain Chevrolet, Inc., met his uncle at the dealership on 1 March 1981 to discuss a job.
