This is a suit by Plaintiffs Floyd and Perla Tew to recover damages for injuries to Mr. Tew resulting from a collision between Defendant Winn-Dixie's truck, driven by Defendant Jones, with Tew's vehicle. Plaintiffs' complaint alleged both negligence and wantonness on the part of Defendants. Defendants denied all claims and further alleged contributory negligence as an affirmative defense.
