LaSalle-Lake Investors objected to the increased valuation of its property in a nonquadrennial year by the Cook County assessor on the grounds that the assessor had not afforded notice and an opportunity to be heard prior to the increase. In its order of judgment, the trial court denied the objection, finding that an increase notice had been mailed and that the assessor had afforded...
