The claimant, Charles Wortman, was struck on the head by the bucket of a backhoe while working for the employer, DiSabatino Brothers, Inc. Claimant was paid temporary total disability benefits pursuant to 19 Del.C. § 2324 under an agreement between the employer and the claimant.
