Jones, an insurance agent, appeal from a $278,500.00 jury verdict in favor of Dixie Life Insurance Company (Dixie),1 for damages resulting from Pacific's error in calculating the cost of a pension plan purchased by Dixie. We reduce the award to the sum of $99,902.00 against Pacific, and dismiss plaintiff's suit against...
