This is an appeal from the trial court's order denying a motion to set aside a default judgment. The appellee has moved to dismiss the appeal. We deny the appellee's motion and affirm the order of the trial court.

Appellant, C. Paul Graham, was allegedly a guarantor on a promissory note payable to the appellee, University Credit Union. The credit union commenced an action against Graham for $9,458.72 due upon the note when the primary debtor...
