CONOVER, Judge.

Richard L. Bubb was charged in Kosciusko Superior Court with Dealing in a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) in violation of Ind. Code 35-48-4-2(1).1 After trial before a jury, a verdict of guilty was returned and Bubb was sentenced to ten years in jail and fined $100. Bubb appeals that conviction.

We affirm.
