Following a jury trial in the circuit court of Tazewell County, the defendant, Eric T. Jensen, was found guilty of five counts of felony theft by deception and three counts of misdemeanor theft by deception to which the court subsequently sentenced him to five concurrent terms of four years' imprisonment.
