In this pro se appeal from two orders of the Family Court, apportioning marital property and debts and awarding the appellee-wife a percentage of her legal fees, we address only the propriety of the trial judge's sua sponte examination of a draft settlement proposal to which the parties did not agree and the court's ultimate adoption of that draft as the order of the court.
