PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal by Michael Horton from a final order of the Circuit Court of Marion County sentencing him to from one to fifteen years in the state penitentiary for breaking and entering. On appeal the appellant asserts that the evidence adduced during his trial was not sufficient to support a verdict of guilty and that the trial court erred in not directing a verdict for him. He also contends that the trial court erred in compelling him to testify generally...
