California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967) appeal from sentences of 7 1/2 years imprisonment for attempted armed robbery, a class 3 felony, and 10 1/2 years imprisonment for armed robbery, a class 2 felony.
