Larry and Shirley McDaniel sued American Independent Management Systems, Inc. (AIMS) and its president, William Tully, for damages arising out of alleged fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract. The trial court found AIMS and Tully jointly and severally liable for $9,384.91 in damages due to fraudulent misrepresentation and found AIMS liable for $9,384.91 in damages due to breach of contract.
