Plaintiff, Antonio Tirante, brought this action seeking damages for electrical burns which he sustained while working on a construction project.

Antonio Tirante was injured while working on a cooling tower which had been constructed as part of a developmental building project for Ciba-Geigy Corp. at St. Gabriel, Louisiana.
