This is a suit on an alleged oral building contract by plaintiff, Vernon Villars, d/b/a Villars Construction and Remodeling Company, contractor, against Lawrence A. Edwards, owner, for money still due and owing. Defendant reconvened, seeking damages caused by the faulty workmanship of Villars.
