BECK, Judge:
Homeowners Charles and Rene Franklin (Appellants) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which confirmed an arbitrator's amended award in favor of construction contractor Allegheny Home Improvement Corporation (Appellee) and provided that upon praecipe to the court prothonotary judgment would be entered against Appellants in the amount of three thousand five hundred and sixty-six dollars ($3,566.00).
