STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-appellants Robert Lee Rogers1 (the son) appeals a judgment of the Vigo Circuit Court upon consolidated causes wherein the trial court, without the intervention of a jury, found in favor of plaintiff-appellee Frank R. Rogers (the father) on his complaint seeking the return of his money taken from a joint savings account by his son.

We affirm.
